摘要
通过对绩效管理理论历史演变的纵向回望、反思,可以看出现代绩效管理与传统绩效评估是一脉相承的,应该消除狭隘认识,以科学的态度看待传统方法;通过对绩效管理各种方法的横向梳理,可以看出绩效管理技术各具特点,应用的功能取向会有所不同,绩效管理核心流程需要匹配性的选择。从实践的角度看,绩效考评的各种技术方法,虽有先后,却难分优劣,关键在于是否适用。对绩效管理考评技术的选择,科学的态度应该是进行匹配性地整合运用。
From the vertical view, we can see taht, through tracing to the source of the PM theory and looking back the history of its idea, the modern PM (Performance Management) and the precious PE (Performance Evaluation) came down in one continuous line, and people should eliminate the narrow understanding, and regards the traditional methods in scientific manners; From the horizontal view, we can see, through sorting out all sorts of PM methods, that there are various different characteristics in them, then the orientation of application may be different, and then the essential flows of PM need to be chosen by matched choosing process, With the point of practical view, though the techniques and methods of PM may be advanced or outmoded, we can not tell which one is good or bad, because the essential is whether it is suitable. To select PM technique in the scientific manners, we must assemble all sorts of methods in matching application ways.
