情景式教学法对耳鼻喉实习护理生性格特征的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨情景式教学法在耳鼻喉科护理教学中的应用及其对护理生性格特征的影响。方法将专科护生102名随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各51名。对照组采用传统的临床带教方法;观察组采用情景式教学法,实习结束后对两组学生进行考评,比较两组理论成绩、操作成绩及性格特征变化。结果观察组护生的理论知识成绩与操作技能成绩均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组学生性格特征各因子———情绪稳定特质、外向特质、开放特质、同意特质、细心特质等评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论情景式教学法能够提高护理实习效果、改善护理生性格特征,为护理执业奠定基础。 Objective To investigate clinical application of sight effect to character trait of practical nurse. Methods All of 102 pedagogy on nursing teaching of otorhinolaryngology and practical nurse were randomly divided into observation group and control group,there was 51 practical nurse in every group, traditionary pedagogy were taken in control group,and sight pedagogy were taken in base of traditionary pedagogy, manipulate record,theory record and character trait of practical nurse were contrasted after nursing practice. Results of practice and theory was higher in observation group than in control group (P〈 0.05), score of character trait factor (emotional stability characteristics, outward traits, open trait, agree with characteristics and carefulness) was higher in observation group than in control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Sight pedagogy could improve effect of nursing teaching and improve character trait of practical nurse, establish foundation for nursing practicing.
