摘要
目的:总结北京大学第三医院2000级七年制临床医学专业耳鼻咽喉科见习教学经验。方法:改革现有的教学模式,调整教学计划,增加见习课时,实行分散见习,强调记录见习笔记,将笔记和见习后的讨论相结合。结果:培养出来的学生不仅具备一定的专业知识和较强的临床能力,而且学习兴趣明显提高。结论:耳鼻咽喉专业教学方法的改革激发了学生的学习兴趣和求知欲望,明显提高了耳鼻咽喉科教学质量。
Objective:To summarize the experiences in otolaryngology teaching for seven-year education system students in class'2000 at Peking University Third Hospital during a period of noviciate. Method.. A reform of the current teaching model was put in practice, which includes redesigning curriculum, increasing the amount of clinical time, teaching on a small group base, emphasizing note-taking, and discussing with the use of problem-oriented clinical note. Result.. The students received higher clinical grades and more clinical skills. They were more likely to retain their initial interest in or switch their preference to careers in otolaryngology. Conclusion: The teaching reform successfully promotes student interest in otolaryngology, and markedly increases the quality of otolaryngology teaching.
