摘要
基于2007-2009年的统计面板数据,运用DEA方法对我国装备制造业技术创新效率进行评价,并运用改进的DEA评价模型,对我国装备制造业7大类行业的技术创新效率进行实证研究,研究结果表明,我国装备制造业各行业技术创新效率普遍不高,对创新资源的利用不充分。改进的DEA方法不仅为较少决策单元的评价提供了新的途径,也为提高装备制造业各大类行业技术创新能力提供参考。
This paper uses a panel data of statistical panel data over the period 2007-2009,and applies the DEA method to evaluate the efficiency of the equipment manufacturing industry technology innovation in China,by using the improved DEA to evaluate 7 kinds of equipment manufacturing industry technology innovation efficiency. The Empirical results shows that the major categories of equipment manufacturing industry,technological innovation efficiency is generally low,and there is a big gap. As policymaking reference,the improved DEA could not only provides a new evaluation method for less decision unit,but also improve equipment manufacturing various categories of industry technology innovation ability.
