摘要
本文研究了中国技术创新的效率.通过采用DEA方法,对中国工业制造业各部门的技术创新进行了相对评价.研究结果表明化学工业,贱金属工业和非金属制造业的技术创新存在非相对有效,并针对问题提出了改进建议.
This paper examines the efficiency of technological innovation in china. By using the method of DEA, relative evaluation is made on technological innovation of each Chinese manufacturing sectors. The results obtained indicate the existence of input-output defficiency in technological innovation of chemical industry , metal industry and non - metal industry. Also the suggestions of their improvement are given.
