摘要
丙烯酸酯水性乳胶用作印花涂料中的胶黏剂成分存在一些固有缺陷,采用加入含氟单体(甲基丙烯酸三氟乙酯)进行乳液共聚的方法改善其性能.通过四因素三水平正交试验设计,得出对其性能影响最大的因素为含氟单体和丙烯酸的投料量.针对这两个因素设计单一变量试验,得到一系列不同含氟单体和丙烯酸投料量的乳胶样品.使用红外谱图、接触角测试仪、紫外光老化试验箱等仪器对产品的耐水性耐候性进行表征.最终得到综合成本与性能的最佳配方,各项性能明显优于未进行加氟改性的纯丙烯酸酯乳胶.
Inherent defect was found in the adhesive composition of coat printing for textile which was made from water-based acrylic emulsion.Trifluoromethyl methacrylate(FA) was added as copolymerization monomer in order to improve its properties.The most important factors which were obtained by beforehand L9 orthogonal designed experiment were the amount of FA and acrylic acid(AA).Single variable experiments were designed according to the result,and a series of emulsion with different amount of FA and AA were synthesized.The waterproof as well as weather resistance of the copolymer films was intended to be improved.The samples were characterized with Fourier transform infrared spectrum,the contact angle machine and the UV ageing etc.Finally,taking the property and cost into account,the optimal formula which is with more excellent performance obviously compare to those without fluoride modified is obtained.
