摘要
自制了水性聚氨酯乳液,并采用共混方法制备了丙烯酸酯改性水性聚氨酯乳液。研究了共混膜的结构和性能,结果表明共混改性的涂膜性能比水性聚氨酯乳液涂膜性能有明显的提高。
Waterborne polyurethane emulsion was modified with polyacrylate (PA) by the ways of mechanical blending, and the modifying effects were studied. The results show that the particle size of mechanical blending emulsion are changed and water resistance, solvent resistance, thermal and mechanical properties of the emulsion cast film are apparently improved, compared with polyacrylate and unmodified waterbome polyurethane emulsion.
