含氟丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液的结构与性能 被引量:8

摘要 采用可反应乳化剂,合成稳定的甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯酸丁酯的共聚物乳液。红外光谱和核磁共振表征成膜后的共聚物组成和结构,结果显示随着混合单体中含氟丙烯酸酯质量分数的提高,共聚产物中氟含量也提高。X射线光电子能谱表征结果表明,在一定范围内,乳胶膜表面含氟量随含氟丙烯酸酯单体量的增加而增加,当甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯在单体中的质量分数超过20%,其量的继续增加不能引起乳胶膜表面氟含量的明显增大。乳胶膜表面水接触角的测定结果也具有同样的变化规律。含氟侧链在乳胶膜表面的富集,使得含少量氟丙烯酸酯共聚物就可提供织物良好的抗水抗油性能。 Stable fluoroacrylate copolymer emulsion was synthesized with fluoroacrylate, butylacrylate and methyl methyl-acrylate as the monomers. The components and structure of the copolymers were characterized by FTIR and ^1H-NMR. The results indicated that the content of F in the copolymers in- creased with the increase of fluoroacrylate in the monomers. The results by the XPS showed that the content of F in the surface of copolymer films had no obvious change when the content of fluoroacry- late in the monomers was above 20%. And the water contact angle of the films had the same rule. The excellent water-and-oil-repellence of the copolymer films were preserved while the amount of fluoroacrylate required in the polymer was low considerably.
