“用工荒”背景下私营企业和谐劳资关系构建 被引量:4

摘要 针对我国私营企业招工难以及劳资矛盾和劳资冲突等问题,文章提出私营企业需要构建和谐劳资关系。构建和谐劳资关系,从主体上看,需要政府、资方和劳方的整体推进;从逻辑上看,需要理念、制度、机制等方面的逐层推进;从运行机制上看,则需要内生需求和外部压力共同推进。 The private companies are facing problems of recruitment shortage, conflicts of employers and employees. The paper puts forward that private companies should construct harmonious relationship of employers and employees. For achieving this goal, in the main body, it needs government, employer and employee promote comprehensively. In the logical level, it needs thoughts, system and mechanism develop hierarchically. And for operation mechanism, it needs inner requirement and external pressure work together.
