摘要 论文主要论述人岗匹配在人力资源管理中的重要地位,通过分析企业人力资源存在的人才浪费和人岗不匹配的问题,主要从“依岗择人、按优择岗、实现人员动态调节、慧眼识千里马”四个方面入手,全面剖析人岗匹配对于企业良性发展的作用。做到人岗匹配是人力资源管理的关键,使“人适其事、事得其人、人尽其才、事竟其功”,企业才能拥有长远发展的生命力。 The paper mainly discusses the important position of human post matching in human resources management.Through analyzing the problems of talent waste and human post mismatch in human resources of enterprises,this paper analyzes the effect of human post matching on the healthy development of enterprises from four aspects:"selecting people according to their posts,selecting posts according to their merits,realizing the dynamic adjustment of personnel,and recognizing the horse with a keen eye".It is the key of human resources management to match people with posts,so that enterprises can have the vitality of long-term development by making"people fit what they are doing,get what they are doing,make the best use of their talents and do what they can do".
