摘要
本文报告用猪囊虫冰冻切片抗原作 IFA,64例己确诊的囊虫病患者血清阳性率为95.3%;41份非囊虫病流行区健康人对照,有38例阴性反应,阴性符合率为92.6%。与蛔虫、鞭虫感染无明显的交叉反应。
Frozen section of Cysticercus cellulosae cysts was used as antigen in IFAT for diag- nosis of cysticercosis.The results show that the positive rate of 64 sera from the pa- tients with cysticercosis having been confirmed was 95.3%;while among the 41 controls from the healthy persons of non-cysticercosis endemic areas,the negative reactions occurred in 38 sera with a negative coincidence rate of 92.6%.No cross reactions with ascaris lumbricoides and trichuris were observed.
