摘要
以万向集团和横店家园化工公司为案例,运用扎根理论方法初步探讨现有知识产权政策体系和我国企业需求之间关系,并从企业政策需求角度研究得出知识产权政策对自主创新的影响机制。
This paper, taking Wanxiang ＆ Hengdian as examples, studies the relationship between our existing intellectual property policy system and enterprise requirements using grounded theory methods, derives the impact of intellectual proper- ty policies on innovation mechanism from the perspective of enterprise policy demands.
