摘要
专利情报分析方法是从专利文献中提取技术、经济、法律信息形成有效情报的重要方法,是制定专利战略、增强竞争优势、保护知识产权的基础和前提。本文从定量、定性、拟定量三种类型入手,讨论了专利情报分析的常用方法,并结合实证分析探讨了各方法的主要功能、作用及结果表现形式。
Patent information analysis could extract technological, economical and legal value from patents in order to highlight specific features and provide insights into technological developments in specific fields. Main analytical methods classified by quantitative, qualitative and quasiquantitative, were studied here, while the functions and end products of each method were presented. Some empirical analysis cases were also offered.
