摘要
介绍了新型燃煤烟气脱硫炭干法脱硫的再生尾气的基本组成、有关气体组分的热力学性质以及二氧化硫液化效果的理论分析和试验总结。结果表明,含高浓度二氧化硫的再生尾气在净化干燥后,加压至2.0~3.0MPa和冷却至0~20℃时,二氧化硫的液化率可达80~94%。
This paper introduces the composition of regeneration tail gas, the basic thermal properties of the gases. Theoretical analysis of liqued SO 2 from the tail gas shows that the SO 2 recovery efficiency could be up to 80~94 % under the pressure range of 2.0~3.0 MPa and temperature range of 0~20 ℃ after the tail gas being cleaned-up and drying.And the theoretical analysis results are proven by the laboratory tests.
