摘要
本试验采用酸析法提取草浆黑液中的木质素,以所提取的木质素为原料,添加ZnCl2 、CaCl2为活化剂制备活性炭,所制备的活性炭得率高( 达50% 以上) ,灰分低( 仅为0113 % ) ,吸附性能与商品活性炭接近。
Lignin separated from the kraft pulp mill black liquor was used to make active carbon by adding ZnCl 2 and CaCl 2 together as activating agent. Then the active carbon was used to dispose synthesis wastewater of pulp mill by adsorbing. The results are as follows: a high yield (over 50%) and low ash (just 0 113%) active carbon is gained. The adsorption capability of this carbon is almost equal to commercial product active carbon. Thereby it reduces the discharge of black liquor greatly.
