摘要
玉米干磨制粉直接法加工淀粉糖,是80年代发展起来的,具有投资少、能耗低、三废污染影响少等优点。其不足之处是玉米的有效部分未得到充分利用。本文介绍在90年代初,经生产实践改进的工艺和设备,取得理想的效果。玉米粉干物质收得率由58.2%提高到73.7%,糖化终点DE值由小于94提高到大于97。新工艺以其产品质量优,生产成本低的优越性,在市场开发中具有明显的竟争力。
Production of starch sugar by the drymill processing of corn has developed since 80s of the 20th, which is featured in less investment and low energy consumption, especially, rare pollution waste from processing, but the drawback of this process is that a part utilizable fraction of corn remains unprocessed. This paper introduced a new technology developed at early 1990s came from the practical experience in using the drymill processing. By this processing the yield of solid content from corn increased from 58.2% to 73.7% and the DE value of the saccharified liquid rose to 97 from 94 by old processing. Due to the higher quality of product and low cost of production the new technology has the remarkble advantages in the market competition.
