摘要
近几年来,川渝地区的天然气供需矛盾十分突出,为了填补天然气供需缺口,中国石油西南油气田公司购进中亚天然气,利用"忠武线"向川渝地区供气。为此分析了西南油气田公司外购天然气的相对高价对川渝地区天然气市场不同用户的影响,提出了应加大天然气营销工作力度,深入研究天然气销售价格体系、推进天然气价格改革等应对措施。
In recent years, the contradiction between natural gas supply and demand is becoming conspicuous in Sichuan-Chongqing area. In order to fill the gap between natural gas supply and demand, Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company of PetroChina is buying natural gas from Central Asian-China import pipeline and then supply to customers in Sichuan-Chongqing area region along 'Zhong-wu line'. Once natural gas resources withhigher-price are imported,different users in Sichuan-Chongqing natural gas market will be affected in various degrees. Aiming at this problem,measures such as increase natural gas marketing efforts,the make deep study on natural gas sales price system and promote natural gas price reform are proposed.
