摘要
联网营销已经成为我国天然气营销的显著特征,联网后天然气市场和企业的经营管理将发生何种变化,如何进行联网营销是值得深思的问题。为此,以川渝地区为例分析了在天然气联网营销的背景下,市场供需格局、销售模式、财务结构等方面可能发生的变化,交针对上述变化从营销、生产、财务、人力资源、合同和内控管理等方面提出了需要思考的若干问题。
Natural gas pipeline networking marketing has become the remarkable characteristics of China's natural gas marketing. According to changes which maybe take place in natural gas market and natural gas enterprise's operation and management after natural gas pipeline networked, how to carry on natural gas marketing is the problem deserves to think deeply. In Sichuan-Chongqing area , for instance, a series of changes will occur including market supply and demand pattern, sales mode, financial structure and so on. In this case, to adapt to the above changes, some adjustment measures or ideas in marketing,production, finance, human resources, contract management and internal control are put forward to think about.
