摘要 采用摩擦电喷镀技术所获得的 Ni- Al2 O3复合镀层中的微粒含量和分散性均优于普通电刷镀 ,而且镀层平整 ,结晶细密 ,与基体结合良好 ,其显微硬度可高达 72 8HV。还分析了工艺因素对镀层质量的影响 ,给出了有参考价值的工艺参数。 A study on technology and performance of NiAl_2O_3 composite coating obtained by rub jet electroplating was conducted. The results show that the content and dispersion of particle in the coating are superior to that of common brush electroplating. The coating is even and smooth, is fine and dense in crystalline and adheres well to the substrate. The microhardness of the coating is high up to 728 HV. The analysis of the effect of technological factors on the coating quality and valuable technology parameters are also given in this paper.
