摘要
介绍了微粒前处理、电流密度、微粒浓度、搅拌、p H值等工艺参数以及微粒表面电荷对电沉积复合镀层的影响 ,回顾了 Guglielmi模型。
Electro\|composites is a convenient method to fabricate the composites.The effects of many experimental parameters to the electro\|composites were introduced in this paper.In all of the experimental parameters ,such as pretreatment of particles、current density、particle concentration、agitation、pH value and charge on the particle surface,the more important parameters are current density、particle concentration and agitation. The development of electro\|codeposition mechanisms of Guglielmi model,MTM model et al were also reviewed.The common consensus about the co\|deposition includes transfer process of particles moving to the cathode by stirring the solution;co\|deposition course caused by the reduction of ions adsorbed on the particles.\;
