摘要
目的掌握和评价医院住院抗菌药物使用情况,并提供合理用药建议。方法 2007年至2009年每年抽取每科室百余份病史,对抗菌药物使用进行回顾性调查,统计宏观用药指标和用药合理性。结果 2007年、2008年、2009年抗菌药物使用率分别为78.9%,79.4%,76.8%,平均用药时间7.3,8.2,7.9 d,主要不合理现象是用药时间过长和品种选择不当。结论医院住院抗菌药物合理使用水平有一定提高,但仍存在不合理现象,应根据相关规范加强监管。
Objective To grasp and evaluate the antibiotics usage status of inpatients in our hospital and to provide proposal for antibiotics rational use.Methods More than 100 medical records of inpatients were annually sampled from each department in our hospital during 2007-2009 and performed the retrospective survey on antimicrobials use.The macroscopic medication indexes and drug use rationality were statistically analyzed.Results The use rates of antimicrobials in 2007,2008 and 2009 were 78.9%,79.4% and 76.8% respectively.The average medication time was 7.3,8.2 and 7.9 d.The main problems were too long duration of medication and irrational agents selection.Conclusion The level of rational antimicrobials use of inpatients in our hospital has been increased to some extent.But the phenomena of irrational use still exist,which supervision should be strengthened according to the related stipulation.
