摘要
研究了冷轧变形程度、退火温度和保温时间等因素对5052铝合金板材力学性能的影响,确定了5052合金H32状态板材的生产工艺参数,即冷变形加工率15%,稳定化退火温度150℃,保温时间2h。在工业生产中,产品的技术指标达到了用户要求。
The effects of cold deformation extents, annealing temperature and holding time on the the mechanical properties of 5052 Al alloy sheet were investigated. The process parameters of the alloy were determined. The cold deformation extent is 15%, stablization temperature is 150℃, holding time 2 h. In the commercial production, their technical targets can meet the consumer's demands.
