摘要
简单地介绍了国内外铝合金熔体除氢的技术方法;以5052铝合金为研究对象,分析了熔炼温度对氢含量的影响,并对试验所采用的熔剂法(C2Cl6)和固定喷吹法(N2喷吹)的工艺参数进行了研究,得出最佳熔炼工艺参数:C2Cl6精炼剂使用量为熔液质量的3%,N2流量为2.0L/min。
The technical methods of domestic and foreign aluminum alloy purification and degassing hydrogen were introduced.The influence of the melting temperature on hydrogen content in 5052 aluminum alloy was analyzed,the process parameters of solvent(C2Cl6) and fixed injection method(N2 injection) in the test was studied.The optimum melting process parameters were that the amount of C2Cl6 refining agent is 3wt% of that of melten,N2 flow velocity is 2 L/min.
