铝合金半球壳体旋压成形工艺分析 被引量:3

摘要 以铝合金半球壳体为研究对象,分析了铝合金半球壳体冲压预成形和旋压成形工艺。结果表明,旋压件和冲压预成形件的形状越接近,冲压预成形件的工作效率也就越高,冲压件成形工艺优势也就越明显。在旋压成形过程中,5A06铝合金的类似环筋结构具有较大的变形抗力,一道次普旋成形的结果是变形过程中零件发生了反挤现象;为了改进成形工艺,可以增大减薄率,将普旋道次增加到3次,同时向前移动普旋起点。 Taking aluminum alloy hemispherical shell as research object, the stamping pre-forming and spinning forming technology for aluminum alloy hemisphere shell were analyzed. The results show that the closer the shape between spinning pieces and stamping parts, the higher the work efficiency of stamping pre-forming parts, the more obvious the advantage of stamping forming technology. In the process of spinning forming, the similar ring ribs structure of 5A06 aluminum alloy has large deformation resistance. The result of single gate ordinary cyclone is that parts take place the crowded phenomenon in the process of deformation. In order to improve the forming process, the reduction may be increased, the ordinary cyclone gates can be increased to three, at the same time moving forward the ordinary cyclone starting point.
