摘要
以循环流化床原理为基础,在变速循环流化床试验台上进行了烟气脱硫小试研究. 烟气流量为500m 3/h 时,气体在脱硫系统中的理论停留时间为3.2s. 用干消化石灰得到的熟石灰粉末作为脱硫剂,在Ca/S摩尔比为1.1,喷水量为11kg/h,保持趋近绝热饱和温度ΔT= 12℃时,系统脱硫效率可以达到89% . 对影响脱硫效率的主要因素进行了分析,认为喷水量是影响脱硫效率的最关键因素,并对脱硫机理进行了初步探讨.
The bench scale experimental researches were carried out on a circulating fluidized bed with variable velocities for flue gas desulfurization based on the principle of circulating fluidized bed.The theoretical resident time of the flue gas in the system was 3.2 seconds when the flow rate was 500m 3/h.The SO 2 removal efficiency was as high as 89% at 1.1 of Ca/S molar ratio and 12℃ of approach to saturation when using Ca(OH) 2 as the sorbent and spraying some amount of water into the reactor.The major factors which influenced the SO 2 removal efficiency were analyzed,among which the water sprayed was considered as the most important element.The desulfurization mechanism was discussed preliminarily.
