摘要
为对循环流化床排烟脱硫 (CFBFGD)过程有一个更全面的认识 ,利用微元分析方法建立的数学模型 ,对 CF-BFGD系统中浆滴的蒸发过程进行了数值模拟 ,讨论了循环流化床排烟脱硫过程中浆滴蒸发作用 ,数值计算结果与实验数据相当一致 ,误差在 7%以内 。
To more comprehensive understand the effect of slurry evaporation on circulating fluidized bed flue gas desulfurization (CFBFGD) systems, a model was built of the slurry evaporation process in CFBFGD systems. The calculated results agree well with the experimental data, with errors less than 7%. This model can calculate the desulphurization efficiency variation with reactor height in CFBFGD systems.
