摘要
建立了烟气循环流化床脱硫技术的热态试验装置 ,在该试验装置上研究了反应器内温度、钙硫比、床料速度和床料浓度等因素对脱硫效率的影响。试验结果表明 ,反应器内温度、循环灰物料浓度和钙硫比对脱硫率影响很大。随着钙硫比的增加 ,系统脱硫效率提高 ;随着反应器内喷水量的增加 ,反应器内温度降低 ,且越接近烟气露点温度 ,系统脱硫效率越高。
The hot state test installation was built up for flue gas circuilation fluidized bed desulfurization technology,on which the influences to desulfurization efficiency by the factors as temperatures in the reactor,calcium/sulfur ratios,speeds of material on bed and concentrations of ash material on bed etc.were researched.The test results show that,temperatures in the reactor,concentrations of circuitlating ash material and calcium/sulfur ratios have very great influences to desulfurization rate.Accompanying with the increase of calcium/sulfur ratio,the efficiency of desulfurization system is boosted;accompanying with the increase of water quantity of spray,as well as the decrease of temperature in the reactor and further more approaching the dew point temperature of flue gas ,the efficiencies of desulfurization system are all the more higher.
