摘要
近年来,高校辅导员的职业倦怠问题越来越受到理论界的重视,成为研究的热点.依据从中国期刊网检索到的有关高校辅导员职业倦怠的研究文献,对当前总体研究现状进行了介绍与评析,以期为该领域的进一步研究提供参考.
In recent years, the college counselors＇ vocational burnout has more and more been focused in the theory world and has become a hot issue. Based on the related literature searched from CNKI, this paper is intended to give a brief intorduction and review of the literature on college counselors＇ vocational burnout to supply some reference for further studies in this area.
