摘要
职业倦怠作为一种心理现象,已经受到广泛关注。目前,职业倦怠的现象已经在高校辅导员中出现并有蔓延的趋势。从高校辅导员职业倦怠的概念、表现、危害、成因进行了探讨,并就防止辅导员职业倦怠心理的产生和消除提出了一些建议。
occupational ennui is a hot topic these days. It exists commonly among college counselors in recent years. This article defines the college counselors＇ occupational ennui and probes into the manifestation, perniciousness and cause. In the end, the article puts forward some corresponding suggestions on how to eliminate the occupational ennui.
