足细胞病发病机制研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 足细胞是位于肾小球毛细血管基底膜外侧的脏层上皮细胞。因其胞浆在基底膜表面形成伪足样突起而得名。肾小球滤过屏障至少由5层结构组成:内皮细胞表面膜结构、内皮细胞及内皮细胞窗孔、肾小球基底膜(GBM)、足细胞下间隙和足细胞。这5层结构既独立行使其功能,又相互影响。尽管它们中任何一层功能障碍都会影响到滤过屏障的完整性,但是,足细胞损伤是导致蛋白尿的关键环节。因此,人们将这类由足细胞结构及功能异常引起的肾病综合征称之为足细胞病。
