上皮细胞转分化的分子机制及意义
摘要
在肾脏疾病的进展过程中,转分化机制是重要的致纤维化机制,上皮细胞可能转分化为间充质细胞。本文综述间充质细胞在慢性肾脏疾病中的分子机制、病理意义和治疗干预方面的进展。
