摘要 人类肾小球足细胞靶抗原——M型磷脂酶A2受体及其自身抗体的发现使得人们对特发性膜性肾病的发病机制有了新的认识,同时为其临床诊治提供了新的思路。本文主要就磷脂酶A2受体结构和生理作用、与特发性膜性肾病发病的关系,以及磷脂酶A2受体及其抗体临床应用前景的研究进展做一综述。 Phospholipase A2 receptor, a transmembrane protein located on glomerular podocytes, had been proved to be the target antigen in idiopathic membranous nephropathy and provided us a new road to uncover the mechanisms of its pathogenesis. In this review, we described the structure and physiological function of phospholipase A: receptor and highlighted the role of its autoantibody in idiopathic membranous nephropathy. Finally we suggested several possible aspects of its future clinical application.
