摘要
目的确定乳房外Paget病患者接受Mohs显微外科手术前后的护理要点。方法总结分析6例乳房外Paget病患者,在接受Mohs显微外科手术前后的护理过程。结果让患者充分了解Paget病的预后、手术的具体方式和Mohs显微外科手术比较于传统方式的优点,消除了患者的恐惧焦虑情绪,提高了患者配合治疗的积极主动性。针对患者患病部位的特殊性制定术后生活指导,促进了患者身心的康复。结论 Mohs显微外科手术是治愈乳房外Paget病优选方式,患者对疾病、手术方式、预后以及术后康复方式的了解非常必要。
Objective To explore nursing strategies for patients with extramammary Paget＇ s disease who receive Mohs microsurgery. Methods The nursing data of 6 patients with extramammary Paget＇s disease who received Mohas mirosurgery were sun：anarized and analyzed. Resuits Enabling patients to fully understand the prognosis of Paget＇s disease, the detailed procedures of Mohs surgery, and the advantages of Mobs surgery over conventional methods can eliminate the fear and the anxiety of patients and improve their attitudes towards treatment. Postoperative life guidance that was based on patients＇ individual＇s difference could promote their physical and mental rehabilitation. Conclusion Mobs micro - surgery is the primary methcd for patients with extra- mammary Paget＇s disease and it is highly necessary for patients to understand the detailed operation procedures, prognosis and ways of rehabilitation.
