摘要
目的:观察评价显微手外科护理效果,总结护理管理方法与要点。方法:选取40例行常规护理管理的患者作为对照组,40例行"人性化服务"护理管理的患者作为观察组,观察比较两组相关指标。结果:观察组的并发血循环障碍率及并发症发生率均明显低于对照组,总有效率97.50%明显高于对照组的80.00%,且住院时间(16.01±3.15)d明显短于对照组的(18.39±5.77)d,患者满意度评分(84.55±18.54)分明显高于对照组的(74.10±21.58)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:于显微手外科护理管理应用"人性化服务"理念,可有效提高治疗与康复效果。
Objective：To observe and evaluate the effect of micro hand surgery nursing,and summarize the nursing management methods and main points.Method：40 patients with routine care routine management were selected as the control group,and 40 patients with＂human services＂care management were selected as the observation group, relevant indicators of the two groups were observed and compared.Result：With blood circulatory disorder rate and the complication rate of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,the total efficiency of the observation group was 97.50%,it was significantly higher than 80.00%of the control group,and length of stay of the observation group was（16.01±3.15）d,it was significantly shorter than（18.39±5.77）d of the control group,patient satisfaction score of the observation group was（84.55±18.54）score,it was significantly higher than（74.10±21.58） score of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：On the application of＂human services＂ concept in the micro hand surgery nursing management,can effectively improve the treatment and rehabilitation.
