摘要
目的总结应用转移皮瓣治疗5例会阴部Paget病患者的护理经验。方法对行转移皮瓣治疗会阴部Paget病患者术前做好心理护理、各项检查;术后严密观察生命体征、皮瓣血运及体位护理等。结果 5例患者手术均成功,无任何并发症的发生,皮瓣全部成活,手术效果满意。结论加强术前护理、术后病情观察及预防并发症的发生,是提高转移皮瓣治疗会阴部Paget病患者手术成功的重要措施。
Objective To summarize the experience of nursing perineum Paget patients treated with local flap grafting.Methods Before operation,mental care and all needed examinations were done for the patients.After operation,close observation of the vital signs and flap blood circulation as well as body position nursing were performed.Results The five operations were all successful,without any complication.All the flaps were alive.The curative effects were satisfying.Conclusion Intensified preoperative nursing and postoperative observation and nursing as well as prevention of complications are critical for the success of local flap grafting in the treatment of perineum Paget patients.
