摘要
目的探讨重症颅脑损伤患者早期施行肠内营养干预与患者预后的相关性。方法 120例重症颅脑损伤患者随机分为2组:干预组采用十二指肠置管施行早期肠内营养,对照组采用传统的延迟性胃肠内营养,比较2组患者营养疗效及并发症。结果干预组血清总蛋白、白蛋白、外周淋巴细胞计数明显高于对照组。入院14 d后干预组颅内感染和肺部感染并发症的发生率明显小于对照组。结论对重症颅脑损伤患者给予早期肠内营养支持能明显改善患者的营养状况,减少颅内感染和肺部感染并发症的发生。
Objective To investigate the prognosis of early enteral nutrition in patients with serious craniocerebral injury.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with serious craniocerebral injury were randomly divided into intervention group and control group.The intervention group received enteral nutrition with duodenal tube,and the control group received the traditional delay of gastrointestinal nutrition.The clinical effect and complications were compared.Results The serum total protein,albumin,peripheral lymphocytes count in the intervention group were obviously higher than those in the control group.The rates of intracranial infection and lung infection in intervention group were obviously lower than those in the control group.Conclusion Early enteral nutrition can improve the nutritional status and reduce intracranial infection and lung infection complications of patients with serious craniocerebral injury.
