摘要
内毒素存在于革兰阴性细菌菌体的细胞壁内,在细菌死后细胞壁崩解时释出,活菌亦可以发疱形式将内毒素释出。其化学成分为脂多糖,包括脂质A、核心多糖和O抗原3个组成部分。循环血中出现可检出的内毒素,称之为内毒素血症。本文从现代医学及传统医学的角度,依据内毒素血症形成的不同时期以及中医辨证的理论,分别综述了多种治疗内毒素血症的方法及药物。
Endotoxin lies in the inner part of the gram-negative cell walls. Endotoxin releases due to the cellwall disintegration and exocytosis. Lipopolysaccharide is the component of endotoxin composed of Lipid A, corepolysaccharide and 0 antigen. Endotoxaemia was identified by the detection of circulating endotoxin. We summarized the treatment on endotoxaemia according to the different period of endotoxaemia and the theory of traditional Chinese medicine diclecpical in terms of from modern medicine and traditional Chinese medicine.
