摘要
视角转换是翻译过程中常用的技巧之一,可以解决翻译中语言与文化差异带来的许多实际问题。但是,过度使用视角转换翻译技巧可能影响译文的准确性。视角转换技巧的局限性主要体现在忽视了认知过程的关联性,否定了语义的连续性;减少或者增加了语用预设等方面。使用回译法可以检视视角转换翻译技巧的适当性。
As one of the common techniques of translation,shift of perspective may solve some practical problems caused by linguistic or cultural differences.However,the over-use of this technique may diminish the accuracy of the translated version.Except for the practicability of shift of perspective in translation,its limitations lie in the negation of relevance in the cognitive process,the semantic continuity of words and the addition or omission of pragmatic presupposition.It is pointed out that back-translation is one of the effective ways to examine the appropriateness of shift of perspective in translation.
