摘要
成语是语言的精华,是“浓缩的文化”。英汉成语的文化内涵比较研究,在跨文化交际中有着特殊的重要性。本文以比较语言学的理论对比分析了成语在中西文化的内涵和差异,英汉民族的宗教信仰,自然环境,历史发展,生活习俗等方面各具特色,不同的民族文化语言具有不同文化特色的成语,成语承载了大量的民族文化内涵,折射出了中西语言文化中的内在相同规律和其特殊性。
The essay, based on the theory of figure of speech, contrast analysis idiom＇s metaphor meaning in different languages such as English and Chinese. Idiom holds extensively culture. Different language reflects different culture.
