摘要
目的为提高医院感染三级管理网络的管理效能,实现人人参与医院感染管理控制工作。方法制定医院感染管理奖罚规定,细化奖罚标准,使每项、逐条切实可行,采用大会表彰的方式进行表彰奖励,以肯定受表彰人员在医院感染管理工作中的成绩。结果显著提高了医院各部门、各科室医院感染管理工作的积极性和主观能动性。结论运用激励机制能够促进成效,在每名医务人员心中,均能将医院感染管理工作放在一个重要的位置,时刻关注自身所处环境中的医院感染控制工作。
OBJECTIVE To improve the effectiveness of the three-level management network for infection management in order to engage everyone in the management and control of infections.METHODS The reward and penalty provisions of hospital infection control were laid out,the reward and penalty standards in details were made,which could ensure that each standard was practical.Commend and reward were made in general assembly in order to affirm the performance of rewarded people in the hospital management control.RESULTS The initiative and activeness of infection control of each section were significantly improved.CONCLUSION The application of incentive mechanism can motivate the medical staff to attach importance to hospital infection control and pay attention to the control of infection in their surroundings.
