摘要
目的 探讨对医院消毒工作进行细菌学监测的工作方法。方法 对比 1999～ 2 0 0 1年医院采用问题目标监测和常规监测资料与临床消毒工作实际进行对照分析。结果 问题目标监测方法阳性率高 ,可反映医院消毒工作的薄弱环节。结论 问题目标监测使管理有针对性和前瞻性 。
OBJECTIVE To explore the way of doing bacteriological monitoring over the hospital disinfectant work. METHODS To compare the target monitoring and routine monitoring documents of our hospital from 1999 to 2001 with actual clinical disinfectant work and analysis of their difference. RESULTS Target monitoring has an higher positive rate and can reflect the vulnerable spot of the hospital disinfectant work. CONCLUSIONS Applying target monitoring gives the management more prospectivity,responsibility and benefits to control the infection in hospital.
