摘要
目的 应用“军卫一号”医院感染信息管理系统 ,提高医院感染信息管理水平。方法 采用解放军 30 4医院研制的医院感染监控管理软件 ,对医院患者感染资料进行监测、分析、统计、查询。结果 该软件可用于调查医院内抗菌药物物的使用状况 ,评价抗菌药物物作用合理性 ,监测医院感染发生率 ,分析医院感染发生危险因素等。结论 医院感染监控软件使用方便、操作简单 ,提高了医院感染管理工作效率和工作效果。
OBJECTIVE The software Jun Wei No.1 hospital information subsystem (HIS) is using in our hospital so as to provide all round information management for nosocomial infection. METHODS The software was introduced by PLA 304th hospital. The data of hospital infection patients were monitored, analysed, added up and inquired.RESULTS The software can be used to analyse the utilization of the antimicrobial agents and evaluate the reasonableness of their usage in the hospital and survey the morbility and risk factors of nosocomial infection.CONCLUSIONS The software usage of HIS may provide efficiency and effectiveness for preventing and controlling nosocomial infection.
