摘要
人类食管癌在世界范围内的发生表现了显著的地理分布差异,男女性合计居各种癌症第7位。临床上所见的食管癌患者大部分已有晚期转移,这些患者的预后往往很差。研究显示,人类食管癌的发生是一个多因素、多阶段的逐步发展过程。从己研究发现的病因来看,食管癌化学预防可能是重要的预防措施之一,它强调危险因素与发病、发展的关系研究,在致癌物暴露较高的癌症高发区具有特别重要的意义。近年来,一个基于食物的肿瘤化学预防研究正在逐步取代单一化合物防癌方法。
Esophageal squamous cell carcinoma in humans with a different geographic distribution ranked seventh order of cancer incidence in total worldwide. It is well known that human esophageal carcinogenesis is a multifactorial, multistep process. Chemoprevention, to address factors associated with the etiology and progression of the disease, is one of the viable approach. It may play a special role in high incidence areas of the world where carcinogen exposure is high.
