摘要
目的探讨胰腺癌超声造影的定量参数特征,分析定量参数与肿瘤微血管密度(MVD)的相关性。方法对27例胰腺导管腺癌患者术前行超声造影检查,并对其动态图像进行定量分析,得出系列参数。对手术病理标本切片行免疫组织化学染色后计数MVD,并与各定量参数进行相关性分析。结果对27例胰腺癌病灶与周围实质两组时间强度曲线参数进行比较显示:胰腺癌病灶峰值强度(IMAX)、上升时间、达峰时间均小于周围实质(均为P〈0.05)。胰腺癌病灶的MVD与IMAX呈正相关(r=0.426,P〈0.05)。结论定量超声造影可以初步评估胰腺癌肿瘤MVD,从而评价病灶的血管生成情况。
Objective To investigate the perfusion features of pancreatic carcinoma in by using contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) and the correlation between quantitative parameters and tumor micro vessel density (MVD). Methods 27 patients underwent CEUS with pathologically confirmed pancreatic adenocarcinoma, quantitative time-intensity curves (TICs) and parameters were obtained. Pathologic specimens were prepared with immunohistochemical staining to evaluate tumor MVD. Then parameters were analyzed correlatively with MVD. Results TICs parameters were compared between lesions and parenchyma: difference between maximum intensity (IMAX), rise time (RT) and time to peak (TTP) of two groups were significantly different (P〈0.05). IMAX of lesions positively correlated with their MVD (r=0. 426,P〈0.05). Conclusion CEUS might initially assess tumoral MVD of pancreatic carcinoma and it would be beneficial to apply an imaging method to assess neoangiogenesis.
