摘要
通过溶胶 -凝胶的方法在环氧树脂中制备了纳米SiO2 相。含 2 .7% (质量分数 )纳米SiO2 的树脂屈服应力为 2 0 0~ 5 0 0Pa ,而含相同质量气相SiO2 的树脂则测不出屈服应力。引入纳米SiO2 可使环氧树脂胶粘剂具有很好的抗流淌性 ,且不降低其胶接性能。
Nano silica modified epoxy resins were synthesized by the sol gel process . The materials have the morphological structure of nano particles dispersed in the epoxy matrix . The epoxy resins modified by 2.7%(per cent by weight)nano silica showed a yield stress in the range of 200~500 Pa. In contrast , the epoxy resin containing fumed silica , a commonly used rheology modifier , of the same concentration did not show a yield stress .2.7% nano silica modified epoxy resins can be used for making very good sag resistant epoxy adhesives. and the nano silica did not show a significant influence on the mechanical properties and bonding strength of the cured resins.
