短波紫外线与氦氖激光照射对感染性伤口愈合影响的研究 被引量:16

摘要 目的 研究短波紫外线(UVC)与氦氖激光照射对感染性伤口愈合作用的影响,并判别其作用的差异性。方法 将50 只Hartley 豚鼠随机分为3 组:UVC组、激光组各20 只,对照组10 只(不做特殊处理) 。首先在豚鼠背部造成实验性感染伤口,感染48 h 后进行治疗,每天1 次,9 次为1 疗程。并在治疗前、治疗3,6,9 d 后分别对感染伤口的变化进行观察;抽取眼静脉血检查白细胞计数及切取皮肤组织标本进行光镜与电镜分析。结果 UVC组与激光组各项指标明显优于对照组,伤口炎症浸润的缩小率,治疗3 d 后UVC 组(60.45 ±1 .87) % ,激光组(33 .96 ±1 .44) % ,对照组(10.18±1 .65)% 。UVC 组与激光组、对照组比较,χ2 = 9 .58,12.61,P< 0 .01 ,差异均有非常显著性,而UVC组又优于激光组。结论 UVC 与激光对感染性伤口的愈合均有良好的促进作用,其中UVC效果更佳。 Objective To study the healing effect of ultraviolet C(UVC) and He-Ne laser irradiation on the infected wound and distinguish the effect of UVC from He-Ne laser.Methods 50 Hertley quinea-pigs were artificially formed the infected wound on back of quinea-pig,and were randomly divided into UVC group,laser group and contrast group(without any special treatment).After 48 hours of infection,the UVC or He-Ne laser was given,once a day,for 9 times.Before and after the 3rd,6th,9th day of treatment,the alteration of infected wound was observed,the WBC of eye venous blood was detected and the incised skin tissue was histopathologically analysed by light and electron microscope.Results The healing effects of UVC and laser group were all better than the contrast group.The effect of UVC was superior to the laser.Conclusion The study demonstrates that both UVC and He-Ne laser have the effect to promote the healing of infected wound,especially the result of UVC is better.
