摘要
目的:观察短波紫外线和低能量He-Ne激光对创口愈合的影响。方法:用短波紫外线、低能量He-Ne激光对豚鼠实验性手术创口进行照射,用光镜、电镜观察创口皮肤的组织学变化。结果:术后第3天,短波紫外线组创口愈合优于He-Ne激光组(P<0.01),术后第6天,两组创口愈合无明显差异(P>0.05)。两实验组创口愈合均优于对照组。结论:短波紫外线和低能量He-Ne激光照射对伤口愈合有明显的促进作用。
Objective:To discuss the principles of the healing effects on the wounds by Ultraviolet C(UVC) and low He-Ne laser irradiation treatment.Method:Put the wounded skin samples of quinea-pigs under the electron microscope and photomicroscope and observe the changes of ultramicrostructure.Result:UVC group is superior to the He-Ne laser group ( P <0.01) after 3-day treatment,UVC and laser group have the same healing effect ( P >0.05) and are obviously better than the contrast group after 6-day treatment.Conclusion:Both UVC and low He-Ne laser have the obvious effects on promoting the healing of the wounds and no sharp differences.
