摘要
分析了直柱塞和斜柱塞的区别,并通过建立数学模型和计算机仿真,研究了柱塞倾角、柱塞行程和速度的关系以及流量脉动性能.结果表明,在柱塞结构尺寸不变的情况下,增大柱塞倾角(ψ=5°),则柱塞位移增大2.98%,速度提高2.88%,可使泵的额定排量提高2.98%,但是斜柱塞泵的流量脉动情况比直柱塞略差.
The differences between straight piston and incline piston are discussed.Through the establishment of mathematical models and computer simulation,and do the relations between different inclination angles of the piston and its travel toute and speed are studied.The results show that if the dimensions of the piston structure is fixed and unchanged,when the obliquity of the piston is increased(ψ=5°),then its displacement will increase 2.98%,and the speed will increase 2.88%,and the rated delivery capacity of the pump will also increase 2.98%.But the flow pulsation of incline piston is slightly worse than that of the straight piston.
