摘要
为了研究柱塞泵柱塞腔内油压变化规律,避免产生液压关死与液压冲击现象,以对称偏转安装和开三角形槽结构形式的分油盘为研究对象,以AMESim仿真软件为平台,建立对应分油盘的AMESim模型。通过参数设置,对柱塞腔内压力变化进行仿真分析,与对称安装结构形式的分油盘下柱塞腔内压力仿真结果进行对比,证明对称偏转安装和开三角形槽的分油盘结构能有效避免液压关死与冲击发生。基于AMESim的仿真研究,分析灵活方便设计周期短,对于设计新型结构分油盘具有重要意义。
In order to study the regularity of the pressure in piston pump chamber and avoid the hydraulic trap and hydraulic surge phenomenon,the symmetrical deflection structure and triangle slot structure of the partial grind was taken as the research object,and the corresponding partial grind simulation model was established based on AMESim.With the reasonable parameters set,the pressure change in piston pump chamber analyzed and compared with the symmetrically fitted structure simulation results,symmetrical deflection structure and triangle slot structure is proved to effectively prevent hydraulic trap and hydraulic surge.Simulation analysis based on AMESim is flexible and the design cycle is short,it has important significance to design a new partial grind.
