摘要
圆锥分布型是斜盘式轴向柱塞泵的特殊结构。柱塞倾角是影响泵性能的重要因素,通过建立数学模型和计算机仿真,分析柱塞倾角与柱塞行程、流量脉动系数、最大脱离力等性能参数的关系,得出柱塞倾角的理想取值范围是5°~10°。
Conical arrangement is the special structure of swash plate axial piston pump.Piston inclination angle is an important factor for the performance of this pump.Utilizing mathematical model and computer simulation,the relations between piston inclination angle and performance parameters were analyzed,such as piston displacement,flow ripple coefficient and maximum detaching force.The conclusion is that the best value of piston inclination angle is from 5 to 10 deg.
